حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَلُقِيَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ: طَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ [١]، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: طَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَقَالَ: مَا نَوَى
