حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
مَنْ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ فِي حِجْرِهِ تَرِكَةٌ بِهَا عُوَارٌ [١]فَلْيَضُمَّهَا إِلَيْهِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ رَغْبَةٌ بِهِ فَلْيُزَوِّجْهَا غَيْرَهُ.
