حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا
عَنْ عَبْدِ [رَجُلٍ ] [١]اسْتَكْرَهَ حُرَّةً ؟ قَالَا: لَا عُقْرَ عَلَيْهِ، لَا يَضُرُّكَ حُرَّةً كَانَتْ أَوْ أَمَةً
