حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا.
