حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ [الرَّجُلُ ] [١]امْرَأَتَهُ فِي مَرَضِهِ ثَلَاثًا أَوْ تَطْلِيقَةً، قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، فَلَا مِيرَاثَ بَيْنَهُمَا.
