حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ عَلَى حُكْمِهَا أَوْ حُكْمِهِ فَجَارَ فِي الصَّدَاقِ أَوْ جَارُوا رُدَّ ذَلِكَ [١]إِلَى صَدَاقِ مِثْلِهَا لَا وَكْسَ وَلَا شَطَطَ، وَالنِّكَاحُ جَائِزٌ
