حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّخَعِيَّ قَالَ:
تَزَوَّجَ الْأَشْعَثُ امْرَأَةً عَلَى حُكْمِهَا، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَقَالَ: أَرْضِهَا أَرْضِهَا
