حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ زَوْجِهَا، وَيَكُونُ لَهَا الْمَهْرُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا
