حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
رَضِيَ اللهُ بِالْعَفْوِ، وَأَمَرَ بِهِ، فَإِنْ عَفَتْ عَفَتْ، وَإِنْ أَبَتْ وَعَفَا وَلِيُّهَا جَازَ وَإِنْ أَبَتْ
