حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
﴿إِلا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ ﴾قَالَ: الثَّيِّبَاتُ ﴿أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ﴾وَلِيُّ الْبِكْرِ
