حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
فِي الْمَمْلُوكَةِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ فَتَعْتِقُ قَالَ: لَهَا الْخِيَارُ مَا لَمْ يَمَسَّهَا
