حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا
وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ تُعْتَقُ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ حُرٌّ تُخَيَّرُ ؟ فَقَالَ [١]: لَا عِلْمَ لِي، وَلَكِنَّهَا إِذَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عَبْدٍ خُيِّرَتْ
