حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْهَدْيِ الْوَاجِبِ: لَا يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ وَعَلَيْهِ الْجَزَاءُ، وَقَالَ فِي التَّطَوُّعِ: يَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ
