✧ Regarding the man who says, 'I am in ihram for Hajj': when does Hajj become obligatory upon him?

حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ: يَوْمَ يَفْعَلُ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَهُوَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُحْرِمٌ بِحَجَّةٍ، فَإِنْ حَنِثَ فَهُوَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُحْرِمٌ بِحَجَّةٍ. وَإِنْ قَالَ: إِنْ لَمْ أَفْعَلْ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَأَنَا مُحْرِمٌ بِحَجَّةٍ، قَالَ: إِذَا حَجَّ مَعَ النَّاسِ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُ
