حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ
أَنَّ حَمَامًا كَانَ عَلَى الْبَيْتِ فَخَرَّ [١]عَلَى يَدِ عُمَرَ فَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ فَطَارَ فَوَقَعَ عَلَى بَعْضِ بُيُوتِ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ فَجَاءَتْ حَيَّةٌ فَأَكَلَتْهُ فَحَكَمَ عُمَرُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ شَاةً
