The Night Journey and the Ascension
وَأَتَى عَلَى قَوْمٍ قَدْ جَمَعَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْهُمْ حُزْمَةً عَظِيمَةً لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ حَمْلَهَا، وَهُوَ يَزِيدُ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ: مَا هَذَا يَا جِبْرِيلُ ؟ قَالَ: هَذَا الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أُمَّتِكَ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ أَمَانَاتُ النَّاسِ لَا يَقْدِرُ عَلَى أَدَائِهَا، وَيُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَحَمَّلَ عَلَيْهَا.
Translation
✧ And he came to a people one of whose men had gathered a huge bundle which he could not carry, yet he kept adding to it. He said: "What is this, O Jibrīl?" He said: "This is a man from your community who holds people's trusts and cannot fulfill them, yet he wants to take on more."
