The Birth of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and His Suckling
Translation
✧ Mention of what was said to Āminah when she carried the Messenger of Allah ﷺ They claim—in what the people relate, and Allah knows best—that Āminah bt. Wahb, the mother of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, used to relate: that she was visited, when she carried the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and it was said to her: “You have conceived the master of this nation. When he falls to the earth, say: ‘I seek refuge for him in the One, from the evil of every envier,’ then name him Muḥammad.” And when she carried him, she saw that there came out of her a light by which she saw the palaces of Buṣrā, in the land of Syria.
