Then the year 361 AH began
فِي عَاشِرِ الْمُحَرَّمِ مِنْهَا عَمِلَتِ الرَّوَافِضُ بِبَغْدَادَ الْبِدْعَةَ الَّتِي تَقَرَّرَتْ مِنَ النَّوْحِ عَلَى الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ؓ وَقَبَّحَهُمْ.
Translation
✧ On the tenth of al-Muḥarram of this year, the Rāfiḍah in Baghdad performed the innovation that had become established, of wailing over al-Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī ؓ, and may He disfigure them.
