Then the year 357 AH began
وَفِيهَا عَمِلَ أَهْلُ بَغْدَاذَ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ وَغَدِيرَ خُمٍّ، كَمَا جَرَتْ بِهِ عَادَتُهُمْ مِنْ إِظْهَارِ الْحُزْنِ يَوْمَ عَاشُورَاءَ، وَالسُّرُورِ يَوْمَ الْغَدِيرِ
Translation
✧ In it, the people of Baghdad performed the Day of ʿĀshūrāʾ and Ghadīr Khumm, as was their custom of displaying grief on the Day of ʿĀshūrāʾ and joy on the Day of al-Ghadīr.
