Then the Year 323 AH Began
وَوَقَعَ حَرِيقٌ عَظِيمٌ فِي طَرِيقِ الْبَزَّازِينَ، فَاحْتَرَقَ بِسَبَبِهِ لِلنَّاسِ شَيْءٌ كَثِيرٌ، فَعَوَّضَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرَّاضِي بِاللَّهِ بَعْضَ مَا كَانَ ذَهَبَ لَهُمْ.
Translation
✧ A great fire occurred in the road of the cloth merchants, and because of it much property of the people was burned, so al-Rāḍī billāh compensated them for some of what had been lost to them.
