وَحَجَّ بِالنَّاسِ صَالِحُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ وَهُوَ وَالِي مَكَّةَ.
Translation
✧ Ṣāliḥ b. al-ʿAbbās led the people on the Pilgrimage, and he was the governor of Makkah.
