The Year 210 AH
ذِكْرُ عِدَّةِ حَوَادِثَ مَاتَ فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ شَهْرَيَارُ بْنُ شَرَوِينَ ، ( صَاحِبُ جِبَالِ طَبَرِسْتَانَ )، وَصَارَ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ ابْنُهُ سَابُورُ، فَقَاتَلَهُ مَازْيَارُ بْنُ قَارَنَ، فَأَسَرَهُ وَقَتَلَهُ، وَصَارَتِ الْجِبَالُ فِي يَدِ مَازْيَارَ.
Translation
✧ Mention of several events In this year died Shahriyār b. Sharwīn, (the lord of the mountains of Ṭabaristān), and in his place came his son Sābūr. Then Māzyār b. Qārin fought him, captured him, and killed him, and the mountains came into the hand of Māzyār.
