وَحَجَّ بِالنَّاسِ فِيهَا نَائِبُ الْحِجَازِ دَاوُدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، وَقِيلَ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ الرَّشِيدِ.
Translation
✧ The deputy of the Hijaz, Dawūd b. ʿĪsā, led the people in the pilgrimage that year; and it was said: ʿAlī b. al-Rashīd.
