The year 194 AH
وَفِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ قُتِلَ شَقِيقٌ الْبَلْخِيُّ الزَّاهِدُ فِي غَزَاةِ كُولَانَ ( مِنْ بِلَادِ التُّرْكِ ).
Translation
✧ In this year, Shaqīq al-Balkhī the ascetic was killed in the expedition of Kūlān (a town in the lands of the Turks).
