Then the year 157 AH began
وَفِيهَا حَوَّلَ الْمَنْصُورُ الْأَسْوَاقَ إِلَى الْكَرْخِ وَغَيْرِهِ، وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ سَبَبُ ذَلِكَ
Translation
✧ In it, al-Manṣūr moved the markets to al-Karkh and elsewhere, and the reason for that has already been mentioned.
