Then the year 141 AH began
وَفِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ فُرِغَ مِنْ بِنَاءِ الْمِصِّيصَةِ عَلَى يَدَيْ جَبْرَئِيلَ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ.
Translation
✧ In this year, the construction of al-Miṣṣīṣa was completed at the hands of Jabraʾīl b. Yaḥyā al-Khurāsānī.
