وَحَجَّ بِالنَّاسِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ، وَكَانَ عَامِلُ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ، وَكَانَ عَلَى الْعِرَاقِ: عُمَرُ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ، وَعَلَى خُرَاسَانَ: الْحَرَشِيُّ، وَعَلَى قَضَاءِ الْكُوفَةِ: الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَعَلَى قَضَاءِ الْبَصْرَةِ: عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ يَعْلَى. وَكَانَ عَلَى الطَّائِفِ عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ الْبَصَرِيُّ،
Translation
✧ And ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. al-Ḍaḥḥāk led the people in the pilgrimage; he was the governor of Makkah and Madinah. Over Iraq was ʿUmar b. Hubayrah, over Khurāsān was al-Harashī, over the qāḍīship of Kūfah was al-Qāsim b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, and over the qāḍīship of Baṣrah was ʿAbd al-Malik b. Yaʿlā. Over al-Ṭāʾif was ʿAbd al-Wāḥid al-Baṣarī.
