قَالَ ابْنُ جَرِيرٍ: وَحَجَّ بِالنَّاسِ فِي هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ وَكَانَ نَائِبُهُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَخَاهُ مُصْعَبًا، وَنَائِبُهُ عَلَى الْبَصْرَةِ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ وَقَدِ اسْتَحْوَذَ الْمُخْتَارُ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ، وَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خَازِمٍ عَلَى بِلَادِ خُرَاسَانَ
Translation
✧ Ibn Jarīr said: In this year, ʿAbd Allāh b. al-Zubayr led the people in the Hajj. His governor in Madinah was his brother Muṣʿab, and his governor over al-Baṣrah was al-Ḥārith b. ʿAbd Allāh b. Abī Rabīʿah. Al-Mukhtār had gained control of al-Kūfah, and ʿAbd Allāh b. Khāzim over the lands of Khurāsān.
