The caliphate of Muʿāwiyah b. Abī Sufyān
وفي سَنَةُ ثَلَاثٍ وَخَمْسِينَ كان مَشْتَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أُمِّ الْحَكَمِ الثَّقَفِيِّ بِأَرْضِ الرُّومِ.
Translation
✧ And in the year fifty-three, the winter campaign of ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Umm al-Ḥakam al-Thaqafī took place in the land of the Romans.
