The story of Moses the one who spoke with Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)
كَانَ بَيْنَ مُوسَى وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ أَلْفُ سَنَةٍ، وَبَيْنَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَنُوحٍ أَلْفُ سَنَةٍ، وَبَيْنَ نُوحٍ وَآدَمَ أَلْفُ سَنَةٍ. عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ بَيْنَ آدَمَ وَنُوحٍ عَشَرَةُ قُرُونٍ كُلُّهُمْ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ. .
Translation
✧ There were a thousand years between Moses and Abraham, and a thousand years between Abraham and Noah, and a thousand years between Noah and Adam. From ʿIkrimah, who said: There were ten centuries between Adam and Noah, all of them upon Islam. .
