The messengers of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his correspondence to the kings and the like
إِرْسَالِهِ ﷺ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ بَحْرٍ الْجُرْهُمِيَّ ؓ إِلَى أَقْيَالِ الْيَمَنِ [بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْأَقْيَالِ مِنْ أَهْلِ حَضْرَمَوْتَ - قَالَهُ الْقَاضِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَامَةَ الْقُضَاعِيُّ فِي عُيُونِ الْمَعَارِفِ وَفُنُونِ أَخْبَارِ الْخَلَائِفِ].
Translation
✧ His ﷺ sending al-Walīd b. Baḥr al-Jurhumī ؓ to the aqyāl of al-Yaman [He sent him to the aqyāl from the people of Ḥaḍramawt — said by al-Qāḍī Abū ʿAbd Allāh Muḥammad b. Salāmah al-Quḍāʿī in ʿUyūn al-Maʿārif wa-Funūn Akhbār al-Khalāʾif].
