Chapter mentioning the offspring of Abraham (peace and blessings be upon him)

Translation

✧ Isaac fell ill and died in Syria at one hundred and eighty years, and his two sons Esau and Jacob buried him with his father Abraham the Friend in the cave that he had purchased. And Allah—glorified be He—knows best about that. The scholars of the biographies said: Isaac lived one hundred and sixty years, and sovereignty passed to the descendants of Isaac, and kings from among them ruled. From the time of Kiomerth to the transfer of sovereignty to the descendants of Isaac was one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two years.
