✧ I asked my Lord for three things, and He granted me two and withheld one. I asked Him not to destroy my nation by years of famine, and He granted me that. I asked Him not to set over them an enemy from other than themselves, and He granted me that. I asked Him not to make them into factions and make some of them taste the might of others, and He withheld that from me.
