✧ Abdullah ibn Abbas told me, "If I had not heard that you are like the people of the household, I would not have told you this hadith." He said, "So, Mujahid said, 'It is in secrecy, I do not mention it to those who dislike it.' " Ibn Abbas said, "Among us, the people of the household, there are four: the martyr, the giver of admonition, the supported one, and the guided one." Mujahid said to him, "Explain these four to me." He said, "As for the martyr, he may kill his supporters and forgive his enemies. As for the giver of admonition, he gives a great amount of wealth without considering himself superior and holds a small amount of his rights. As for the supported one, he is given victory over his enemy. He is given half of what the Prophet ﷺ used to be given, and his enemy is terrified of him for a distance of two months. The supported one terrifies his enemy for a distance of one month. As for the guided one, he will fill the earth with justice as it was filled with injustice, and the cattle and wild animals will feel secure, and the earth will throw out its treasures." He said, "I said, 'What are its treasures?' He said, 'Golden and silver dishes.'"

machine translationThis is a hadith with a sound chain (ṣaḥīḥ al-isnād), and the two Shaykhs (al-Bukhārī and Muslim) did not narrate it. Where is the soundness in it? Ismāʿīl is unanimously agreed to be weak (ḍaʿīf), and his father is not so reliable.
