أَخْبَرَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ التَّمِيمِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْإِمَامُ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ أَنْبَأَ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ هُنَيْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ زُفَرَ بْنِ وَثِيمَةَ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«لَا تَنَاشَدُوا الْأَشْعَارَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَلَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِيهَا»
