حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلِ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي ثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقِبْلَةِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ قَتَلَ فَيُقْتَلَ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ أَوْ قَالَ «الْخَارِجُ مِنَ الْجَمَاعَةِ»

✧ The blood of any person from the people of the Qiblah is not lawful except for one of three: he kills and is killed, a married adulterer, and one who abandons the community, or he said, "the one who exits from the community."
