حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثَنَا أَبُو مَطَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ ثَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ قَالَ
إِذَا اشْتَكَيْتَ فَضَعْ يَدَكَ حَيْثُ تَشْتَكِي ثُمَّ قُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهُ أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ مِنْ وَجَعِي هَذَا ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ يَدَكَ ثُمَّ اعْدُدْ ذَلِكَ وِتْرًا قَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ
Translation

✧ When you feel pain, place your hand where it hurts and say: 'In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in the might of Allah and His power from the evil of what I find in this pain of mine.' Then raise your hand, then repeat that an odd number of times. Anas b. Malik said it.
