حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

«الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا صُلْحًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا أَوِ أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا وَإِنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ إِلَّا شَرْطًا حَرَّمَ حَلَالًا»

✧ Settlement is permissible among the Muslims, except a settlement that makes unlawful something lawful or makes lawful something unlawful. And the Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that makes unlawful something lawful.
