حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُنَادِي ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي تَجْرَاةٍ قَالَتْ
دَخَلْتُ عَلَى دَارِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ فِي نِسْوَةٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَطُوفُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَهُوَ يَسْعَى يَدُورُ بِهِ إِزَارُهُ مِنْ شِدَّةِ السَّعْيِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ لِأَصْحَابِهِ «اسْعَوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ ﷻ كَتَبَ عَلَيْكُمُ السَّعْيَ»

✧ I entered the house of Abu Husayn with a group of women from Quraysh while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was circumambulating between al-Safa and al-Marwah, hastening, his lower garment twisting around him from the intensity of his hastening, and he was saying to his companions: 'Hasten, for Allah ﷻ has prescribed for you the hastening.'
