✧ Aisha said to me, "I saw myself on a hill with cows being slaughtered around me." I said to her, "If your dream is true, there will surely be a great battle around you." She said, "I seek refuge in Allah from your evil; how bad is what you have said." I said to her, "Perhaps, if it is something, it will grieve you." She said, "By Allah, falling from the sky is dearer to me than doing that." Later, it was mentioned to her that Ali had killed Dhu al-Thudayya. She said to me, "When you go to Kufa, write down for me the names of people who witnessed that from among those you know of the people of the town." When I arrived, I found the people divided into factions, so I wrote down for her from each faction ten who witnessed that. He said, "I brought her their testimonies." She said, "May Allah curse Amr b. al-As, for he claimed to me that he killed him in Egypt."
