حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ ثَنَا الْقَاضِي أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي سُوَيْدٍ الذِّرَاعُ ثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ زَاذَانَ حَدَّثَنِي مَكْحُولٌ قَالَ بَيْنَا أَنَا مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ إِذْ نَصَبَ الْحَجَّاجُ الْمَنْجَنِيقَ عَلَى الْكَعْبَةِ وَقَتَلَ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ فَأَنْكَرَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ذَلِكَ وَتَكَلَّمَ بِمَا سَاءَ سَمَاعُهُ فَأَمَرَ الْحَجَّاجَ بِقَتْلِهِ فَضَرَبَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ ضَرْبَةً فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ الْحَجَّاجُ قَصَدَهُ عَائِدًا فَقَالَ

لَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ «أَنْتَ قَتَلْتَنِي وَالْآنَ تَجِيئُنِي عَائِدًا كَفَى بِاللَّهِ حَكَمًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ» عمارة ضعيف
