✧ On the day of Badr, I saw that a mist from the sky had fallen into the valley and filled the horizon. Then the valley flowed with water. It occurred to me that this was something from the sky with which Muhammad ﷺ was supported. It was nothing but the defeat, and it was the angels. Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in the Talkhis.
