✧ "While I was drawing water from the well of Badr, a strong wind came the like of which I had never seen, then it passed. Then another strong wind came, the like of which I had never seen except the previous one, then it passed. Then a third strong wind came, the like of which I had never seen except the previous one. The first wind was Jibril descending with a thousand angels alongside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The second wind was Mika'il descending with a thousand angels on the right of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and Abu Bakr was on his right. The third wind was Israfil descending with a thousand angels on the left of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and I was on the left. When Allah the Exalted defeated his enemies, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ mounted me on his horse; it galloped with me and I fell on my heels. I called upon Allah ﷻ, and He held me firm. When I sat upright upon it, I thrust with this hand of mine into the enemy until this part of me was stained with blood." And he pointed to his armpit.
