al-Mustadrak (al-Hakim) 4303

أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْغَسِيلِ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ حِينَ صُفِفْنَا لِلْقِتَالِ لِقُرَيْشٍ وَصُفُّوا لَنَا «إِذَا أَكْثَبُوكُمْ فَارْمُوهُمْ بِالنَّبْلِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said on the day of Badr when we were lined up for battle against Quraysh and they were lined up against us: "When they close in on you, shoot them with arrows."
