حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عِيسَى ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْجُدِّيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ يَقُولُ

«كَانَ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ نَيِّفًا وَثَمَانِينَ وَكَانَتِ الْأَنْصَارُ نَيِّفًا وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَمِائَتَيْنِ»
