حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْعَيْزَارِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَكْتُوبٌ فِي الْإِنْجِيلِ لَا فَظٌّ وَلَا غَلِيظٌ وَلَا سَخَّابٌ بِالْأَسْوَاقِ وَلَا يَجْزِي بِالسَّيِّئَةِ مِثْلَهَا بَلْ يَعْفُو وَيَصْفَحُ

✧ That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is described in the Gospel: not harsh, nor hard-hearted, nor noisy in the markets; he does not repay evil with its like, but he pardons and overlooks.
