✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to present himself to the people in a certain situation and say, "Is there anyone who can take me to his people? The Quraysh have prevented me from conveying the words of my Lord." So a man from the Bani Hamdan came to him and said, "I can." He asked, "Are there any restrictions among your people?" The man replied, "Yes." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then asked, "Where are you from?" He said, "From Hamdan." Then the man from Hamdan feared that his people might harm him, so he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "I will go to my people and inform them, and then I will meet you in 'Aam Qabil." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Yes." So he set off and the delegation of the Ansar came in the month of Rajab.
