فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ بِمِصْرَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدٍ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

«لَا طَلَاقَ لِمَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ»
