فَحَدَّثْنَاهُ أَبُو عِمْرَانَ مُوسَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ الْحَافِظُ بِهَمَذَانَ ثنا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ حَجَّاجِ بْنِ مِنْهَالٍ ثنا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
«لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ وَلَا عِتْقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ مِلْكٍ»
