أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْحَرْبِيُّ ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ} [النساء 6] فَلَا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ {وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ} [النساء 6] يَأْكُلُ مِنْ مَالِهِ مِثْلَ أَنْ يَقُوتَ حَتَّى لَا يَحْتَاجَ إِلَى مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ

✧ Regarding His saying, the Most High, {And whoever is rich, let him abstain} [An-Nisa: 6], meaning he should not take from the orphan's wealth. {And whoever is poor, let him eat with what is reasonable} [An-Nisa: 6], meaning he may eat from it to the extent of his needs, so that he does not take from the orphan's wealth.
